1º Torneo del "Circuito Doña Julia Golf"

Con un tiempo explendido para la practica del deporte del golf se celebró, el pasado domingo día 10 de abril, el primero de los siete torneos del “Circuito Doña Julia Golf”, bajo la modalidad pareja mejor bola slableford, con una partricipación de catorce parejas.    El primer lugar lo lograrón la pareja formada por D. Juan Villaba Merchan y D. Roy Robert, con un total de 43 puntos, el segundo lugar lo ocuparón D. Lorenzo Gil Ortega y D. Miguel Mesquida Mesquida, con 41 puntos y el tercer puesto lo conquistarón D. Turner Turner y D. Ralph Dade, con 38 puntos.    Mientras que D. Eusebio Sierra Sierra se alzó con el premio a la bola mas cercana.

    La entrega de trofeos fue realizada por D. Luis Fernando Linares, Presidente de Doña Julia Golf, acompañado por D. Eddy Shelton, el socio mas veterano de este Club, y D. Juan Carlos Piñero, Director de Golf de Doña Julia, en el transcurso de un coctel de confraternización entre todos los participantes en el torneo.

Results from First Tournament Circuit "Doña Julia Golf"

With fantastic wheather to practice the sport of golf was held on Sunday April 10, the first of seven tournaments in the "Doña Julia Golf Circuit, in the form slableford partner best ball, with fourteen pairs participation .
The first place did so the pairing of D. Juan Merchan and D. Villalba Robert Roy, a total of 43 points, second place were D. Lorenzo Gil Ortega and D. Miguel Mesquita Mesquita, with 41 points and third place was won by D. Turner and D. Turner Ralph Dade, with 38 points.
While D. Eusebio Sierra Sierra won the prize for closest ball.
The trophy presentation was made by D. Luis Fernando Linares, President of Doña Julia Golf, accompanied by D. Eddy Shelton, the most veteran member of this club, and D. Juan Carlos Piñero, Director of Golf Doña Julia, during a cocktail party among all participants in the tournament.
